All prices on our homepage include Swedish VAT which is 20% of the price. When you order from a country within the EU, Hong Kong, China or Singapore (orders below 400 SGD) and Australia/ New Zealand (orders below 6000 SEK) you pay the price including VAT and no other fees are added. For abroad purchase, an additional fee of 10$ is taking in shipping fee.Ordering
Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of Deriwe suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. Deriwe holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel Deriwe to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time. Private Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Only products without monogram are subject for return. Deriwe is not responsible for incorrect information that leads to an incorrect monogram. Since every product is unique and hand stamped, small deviations can occur. If the deviation is major, the costumer have the right to complain. Decisions are then made if the deviation is major, to prove this, the costumer have to send pictures to Deriwe. Note that small deviations are not subject for return. Since it is hand-stamped, we cannot guarantee that it is 100% straight.
The costumer is fully responsible for the information provided in the order. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Deriwe in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, Deriwe should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.Warranty
Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product itself. Note that products that are ordered with monogram embossed into the leather is not subject for warranty Only products that are order without personal monogram is subject for warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the "contact us" page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail and mail.

This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.Personal Information
Deriwe has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Deriwe ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with PostNord for Swedish costumers and DHL for abroad orders. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Deriwe’s customer service or using the contact form on Deriwe’s website within 30 days from receiving the goods www.Deriwe.com provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Deriwe will be on you. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Deriwe either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Deriwe has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Deriwe will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
If you enter an incorrect adress when ordering, Deriwe is not responsible for that the delivery time might be longer than normal. The costumer is fully responsible for entering the correct information when ordering. We recommend all costumers to check the details before placing an order. If the costumer have entered an incorrect adress to where the product shall be delivered, it has to be changed before the order is fulfilled. What will happen if I do not collect my order?
All our order are sent so that they will be delivered to your adress stated in the order. If that is not the case, because the order could not be delivered for any reason. You will receive a notice on where your package is. When receiving this notice, you are fully responsible for collecting the package. Deriwe will have no responsibility when notice was given with instructions on where to collect the package. If you for any reason do not collect the package, it will be sent back to our office. If that is the case and you still want the order, you as a costumer will bear the cost of sending the package again. Deriwe will have the right of charging the full amount for the shipping cost from the costumer.Complaints Terms
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product. Since every product is unique and hand stamped, small deviations can occur. If the deviation is major, the costumer have the right to complain. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Deriwe should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, a fee of 10 USD in shipping return will be charged. Deriwe has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.Liability
